Requirements:
Education -

Bachelors Degree with a specialization in web design. Marketing, graphic design, multi-media design, or other related field required.

Skills-

Excellent design skills and creativity.

Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Must have working knowledge of Macromedia DreamWeaver, and HTML/DHTML and CSS.

Must have some knowledge of Macromedia Flash (including Flash video and ActionScript).

Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, courteous and able to work on projects simultaneously.

Experience-

Experience creating websites, Flash demos, and other multi-media forms of presentations, with a portfolio to demonstrate skills.

Experience in a business setting preferred.

Reporting Relationship:

Reports to the AVP, Marketing Communications

Supervisory Scope:

None

Function:

Web designer to assist the Marketing Department with continuous updates and enhancements to the Bank's website. Web designer will continue to further the Bank's online communications strategy, as the web has become an essential communication tool.

Essential Duties:

· Maintain the Bank's website in terms of content, design and formatting

· Ensure that all content posted is timely and relevant

· Convert marketing materials into web-ready format

· Convert newsletters into web-ready format, including CI News and ____ Advantage

· Sweep the website on a regular basis to ensure that content is fresh

· Act as the liaison between Marketing and other key areas of the Bank to obtain content and post, make edits as needed, and either remove or archive as appropriate

· Check site for consistency with marketing material as verbiage tend to change from time to time, update verbiage as needed

· Monitor site to make sure all coding is correct and up to date and for cross-browser compatibility

· Make sure that all links are working properly

· Create promotional flash demos, interactive forms and online surveys

· Effectively utilize the web content management solution, and ensure that other Bank users are using it properly and effectively

· Maintain Bank forms and agreements and convert into electronic formats

· Design and post online surveys as needed using WebSurveyor tool, and monitor and report results

· Design and post online registrations for events hosted by the ____, and monitor registrations and respond to requests

· Work with Member Services and IT to make enhancements and changes to the site

· Utilization of multi-media capabilities to enhance PowerPoint presentations and other marketing materials

· Stay abreast of regulations governing websites and online communications, as well as SEC compliance

· Conduct web-related research for future enhancements

· Create monthly web report of additions or changes

Other Duties:

· Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional items, and other marketing materials.

· Other special projects as assigned.

Individual will be responsible for effective management, analysis, maintenance and production support of Sybase databases. This consists of design, administration and production tasks including database architecture, tuning, monitoring, backups and resolving production issues. · Will design, architect databases in support of development.
