Description:    Participate in integrated audits and supervises the overall execution of the audit process. The Audit Manager is responsible for ensuring the assigned audit team accurately assesses risks and controls, develops effective test plans, exhibiting appropriate judgment regarding issue notification, writing findings and final audit reports, and leading communication with clients. Develops and applies effective project leadership skills regarding engagement notification, task assignment and monitoring, interim performance evaluation and coaching, project pacing and control. Trains and mentors junior staff. Supervises concurrent projects that are moderate in size and complexity, or may In-Charge highly complex audits. Presents audit results in an objective and unbiased manner. Writes opinions reflecting relevant facts that lead to logical conclusions. Escalates significant risks and loss exposures to appropriate levels of management. 

Basic Qualifications 
8+ years audit experience, and 2+ years management experience. 

Minimum Qualifications 

8 years of experience auditing consumer lending functions while leading and supporting multiple audit project teams. 

Preferred Skills 
- BA/BS degree 
- CIA, CISA, or CPA 
- 10+ years of audit experience, preferred focus on consumer lending 
- Superb written and verbal communication skills 
- Strong risk and control expertise

Description:    Responsible for supervising audit engagements and leading teams performing reviews of Home Lending business. 

- Supervise audit engagements or special reviews in the area of origination. 

- Understand the mortgage and/or home equity origination business, especially with the requirement from Fannie, Freddie, FHA, and VA, as well as federal and state regulations 

- Partner with audit team members performing risk assessment, identifying key risks, analyzing and documenting internal controls, developing effective test plans, and determining final scope of engagements. 


Basic Qualifications 
8+ years audit experience, and 2+ years management experience. 

Minimum Qualifications 

- Extensive audit or risk management experience in the origination area including sales, underwriting and closing as well as the investor requirements and federal and state regulations. 
- Skilled working in dynamic and demanding environments while responding appropriately to rapid change and imperfect information. 
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

Preferred Skills 
- BS/BA or equivalent in, accounting, finance, economics, or related areas. 
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) 
- Real estate lending audit, risk management, and/or operations experience preferably in the areas of origination, capital markets, credit risk management, servicing, default servicing, etc..
