If you’re involved with hiring people, you are probably reading too many bad resumes before you invite someone for an interview.

Often you are faced with a task that you are not well-enough trained for and seems haphazard to you. If you are a business owner, it may seem like an expensive time consuming waste of time that could be better spent in generating business.

And when you get the news or read the trade press, often the information you read about trends is outdated.

And, I hate to say it, most of the people who describe themselves as recruiters or “headhunters” are incompetent and ridiculous.

I publish No B.S. Hiring Advice each week to help people like you become stronger and more confident with their hiring capabilities and to give you the trends in the job market.

This $199 value is available to you free by going to www.TheBigGameHunter.net and subscribing.

Your first tip is to use www.Search4Candidates.com to locate passive job seekers instead of only using job boards and recruiters.

Recruiters have been using the site for some time. You can, too.
