EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years Oracle application experience with various Manufacturing, Distribution modules like Order Management, Sales Contracts, Install Base, BOM, INV, Costing, OPM, PO, OM, Shipping, Pricing, WMS, OTM, GTM, ASCP, Demantra.
• Expertise with configuration and setups for Oracle Supply Chain modules.
• 3+ years experience in lead support of software applications.
• Working knowledge of software development and support methodologies.
• Demonstrated skill in preparation and maintenance of implementation documents.
• Knowledge and familiarity in underlying Oracle ERP applications database architecture, as well as Oracle database and development tools (PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Forms, Reports).

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
• Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in related field or equivalent experience.
 
Supply Chain Management and Logistics including Order to Cash, Warehouse Management, Procure to Pay, Oracle Transportation Management and/or Oracle Global Trade Compliance
 
Position combines business knowledge and an understanding of the inner-workings and configuration options of multiple Oracle O2C, OTM, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Distribution modules. Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. This role will facilitate and improve communication between business and technical resources. Recommend improvements for the business analysis process.
• Provide recommendations to address and resolve business issues for a specific business group.
• Provide Oracle application functionality expertise to identify those that can best help serve the needs of clients. Configuration & Design
• Gather requirements, create design documents, and perform impact analysis for application changes.
• Plan and organize tasks, report progress, and manage and coordinate with other fellow team members to complete the blueprint design
• Develop solutions to leverage Oracle applications functionality for the O2C, Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain areas.
• Lead user sessions for requirement and design sessions.
• Guide technical team in the development reports, conversions, interfaces, and extensions for Oracle Applications.
• Understand and modify the Application Configuration as required (includes system setups, flex-fields, workflow builder, custom library, profile options, etc.).
• Assist users with problems and resolve issues independently.
• Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and performs functional testing.
• Create and maintain system documentation .
• Work with existing systems to track and manage requirements and issues.
• Provide business reports to management Incidental Functions
• Assist with projects as may be required to contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the work.
• Attend management meetings on behalf of team.

Requirements

Lead development and deployment of global HR operational processes, systems, shared services and associated analytics including compliance and managing all HR systems that drive and sustain an agile, strong organization. Innovate through automation, process improvement and systems enhancements, as well as lead the operational direction for HR Shared Services functions (HRIS, vendor management, onboarding, analytics, process improvement and administration, compliance and policy, etc.).
 
This position works closely with the COE Directors, to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of HRIS and other HR systems, vendors/service providers, so that they contribute added value and effective service delivery to stakeholders.

This is a PHP development role in a Linux Apache MySQL environment but it is not focused on the database application so in depth knowledge of MySQL is not a requirement. Also it is not a DBA role, nor is it basic web development, it is a pure software engineering position using PHP.
