Manage a group of 12 to 20 accountants servicing 2 -6 clients. Ensure timely and accurate service delivery around basket calculation and delivery. Ensure all custodial functions are performed timely and accurately; trade settlement, income collection. Develop goals and objectives for the department, and implement systems, procedures and training programs to meet these goals and objectives. Conduct routine service calls with clients on a scheduled basis, publish and circulate issues and formulate action plans around issues. .Participate in technology projects. Develop initiatives, participate in prioritization, act as lead SME and participate in testing. Ensure staff and supervisor are properly trained and staff is allocated in response to current and anticipated workloads. Monitor and analyze daily, weekly and monthly MIS and provide reports to senior management. Develop a close working relationship with Fund Sponsors, and ensure that the department services all requests in a timely, complete and professional manner.Communicate and enforce Bank policies and procedures. Recommend and/or schedule all personnel matters, (i.e., hiring, terminations, employee evaluations, salary adjustments, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions). Build manual processes and controls when necessary to meet client needs.

Daily contact with the sponsor and investment manager at senior levels. Contact with trust auditors concerning routine questions arising from audit. Daily contact with management from ETF support groups; transfer agent, securities operations, global trade settlement, and fund accounting. Routine contact with external audit personnel. Contact with legal concerning business/legal issues. Interact with the RM concerning client concerns and servicing needs Interface with management APs concerning service. College Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. 5+ years Securities Industry experience 3+ years supervisory experience. 1+ years management experience.
