· Oversee usability testing 

Experience and Skills 
· Bachelor’s degree 
· Minimum of 5 years of interaction design experience including HTML-based desktop, mobile or equivalent interactive experiences with an expert ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. 
· Experience with Agile development. 
· In depth knowledge of User Interface design principles, Human Factors, User-Centric Design Processes, Interaction Design guidelines, usability testing methodologies. 
· A design portfolio showing strong creative skills, ability to generate solid design ideas, and thorough understanding of good design process

- Experience in working with large datasets and performing complex data manipulations in SAS. 
- Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries and well developed interpersonal skills 

Preferred Skills 
- Ph.D. in finance, economics, statistics, operations research, or other quantitative disciplines

- Retail Basel II and/or Economic Capital modeling experience
