Experience/Skills Required 
- Over two years work experience on a systems operations team providing care and feeding of a high traffic, high reliability web property required 
- Scripting / *nix native required, CentOS knowledge in particular would be helpful 
- High proficiency with at least one of the following languages - PHP, Ruby, Python - and the ability to work in all three 
- Experience profiling application stacks both in production and during the development lifecycle 
- Knowledge of a variety of DB technologies ideally including MongoDB and Postgres/MYSQL along with SQL and MapReduce skills to access them 
- Experience tuning / profiling application servers (Apache/nginx/tomcat/jetty) required 
- Experience tuning / profiling search servers, Solr in particular. 
- Experience building and refining deployment processes that provide a highly stable environment within which to operate 
- Knowledge of SLAs and what it takes to meet 24/7/365 services

Monitor progress of projects through internal reviews, participate in team meetings, and assist where needed to resolve impasses. 

The primary scope involves high risk/complexity, new or future business awards and program launches, but also includes existing programs that have major changes directed by the customer or cost reduction activities. 
Candidate Must Have : Bachelors degree in project management, engineering or related technical field required, Two years Project Management experience through the entire project life cycle as outlined in the PMI PMBOK (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, Closing),Six to ten years of experience in the automotive or supplier industry
