Premier NYC-based Financial Services Consulting Firm seeks a Retail Banking Professional with the following competencies:

· Retail Bank Credit Card Consulting
· Knowledge of Call Centers and banking eCommerce
· Some knowledge of Mobil Phone banking
· Knowledge of the process of Consumer Deposits
· MUST HAVE “Back office” knowledge of Cash Wiring and Check Processing

MUST HAVE CONSULTING EXPERIENCE IN THIS AREA

Most consulting engagements will be Tri-state. Out of state candidates who are experienced in this space and can on-board new banking relationships for our client can

This role is responsible for driving outstanding customer satisfaction by providing analytical and technical support to IT and the business communities through the development of solutions to business problems that help achieve strategic goals. The desired candidate is expected to maintain a high level of productivity and work well in a team environment. The employee’s primary responsibility will be to perform detailed data analysis with an eye toward business process to document, and play a lead role in the planning and implementation of an enterprise datawarehouse. This includes assisting in the launch of a master data management strategy.


Required Education and Experience:
• 4 year college degree, advanced industry- and area-specific certification preferred
• 4+ years of extensive experience as a business analyst with focus on process improvement, data quality and systems life cycle methodologies; preferably in the P&C insurance industry
• Excellent communication skills; polished customer service and organizational skills; technical aptitude with a demonstrated appreciation for customer and client services
• Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize work
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact at all levels; develop effective relationships and build consensus
• In-depth knowledge of MS Access and Excel is a must

Desired Experience:
• Strong knowledge of workflow standards, concepts, and practices; experience with WBI (IBM) Business Modeler is a plus
• Experience in report development using Crystal Reports, Cognos or other reporting tool is a plus.
• Requirements development and traceability techniques; design of test cases; familiarity with Rational products strongly desirable
• Process Engineering using a recognized methodology like Six Sigma, Sarbanes-Oxley, CMM, PMI a plus.
• Well versed in visual diagrams, use cases and UML;
