Microsoft Infrastructure Specialist - (US-CT-Stamford)
Compensation: $80K - $110K / Year

Primary responsibilities consist of design, implementation, maintenance and disaster recovery planning for a Microsoft Server 2003/2008 environment.
Managing the full Microsoft technical environment including systems administration across a wide array of technical services.
Responsible for the Americas Microsoft technology systems including Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy data backup systems and related backend systems.
Responsible for all Windows based servers including Windows Server 2003/2008 while interfacing with counterparts in Hong Kong for company-wide/regional standards and guidelines.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (2003/2007) a plus.
Responsible for level 2/3 Helpdesk escalation requests.
Maintain an up to date detailed server inventory including all installed software
Ensure that all best practice security standards are applied and up to date including but not limited to anti-virus, anti-malware, and server access rights.
Experience
Must have at least 5 years of real-world hands on Microsoft Server 2003/2008 experience.
5 years of Active Directory (AD) hands on experience.
Must have 5 years working experience supporting, maintaining and administering core Microsoft technologies including Windows Server 2003/2008.
Must have strong working knowledge of VMware.
Presents clear and regular results/position exposure and P&L
Extracts and consolidates information quickly and sharply
Shares information efficiently
Participates in the decision making process
Gives timely and accurate feedback
Takes ownership of own decisions and actions
