1. Bachelor of Sciences in Information Technology preferred or BS in Mathematics or related Sciences with a minor in business or Finance. A Master in Information Technology or Finance a plus. 
2. Several years programming experience in high level languages such as Visual Basic, Java, PL SQL, etc 
3. Several years experience using Computer Architectures such as Microsoft .NET. 
4. Several years experience working with Oracle Databases. 
5. Several years experience working in systems Analyst positions designing corporate systems dealing with Finance operations in Property and Casualty Insurance or related Insurance Business. 
6. Experience in modifying source code of high level accounting systems while maintaining the standards of the application to allow for future upgrades. 
7. Experience with ROSS Renaissance systems from CDC software with emphasis on the following financial modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets. Any other experience with high level Financial Applications that can be modifiable will be considered. 
8. Knowledge of GL financial reporting packages such as FRX or Clarity a plus. 
9. Extensive use of Microsoft Project Manager to establish tasks, responsibilities, dependencies and accurate time tables. 
10. Excellent communication and writing skills to maintain proper relationships with all working units in the corporation. 
11. Ability to program in Crystal a plus. 
12. Salary commensurate with experience.
