-Lead the architecture and design of large, complex enterprise platforms 
-Function as a team leader, providing direction to members of the development team including oversight and guidance to offshore teams 
-Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, DBAs, User Experience in a matrix technology organization with the common goal of delivering value to the business 
-Participate in all phases of the SDLC 
-Helps determine how best technology can be applied to meet business needs 


Qualifications: 
-BA/BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent); MS desirable 
-Expert architecture, design, & implementation skills in the following areas: C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, SOA, and web based design and development 
-High degree of understanding in security, scalability, flexibility, maintainability, and reliability 
-Minimum of 5 years experience leading analysis, design and architecture of enterprise platforms. 
-Architect experience with multi-tier, highly available, scalable, performance-oriented geographically distributed environments. 
-Experience with software version control/configuration management tools. 
-Experienced leading development teams 
-Ability to work effectively as a team member, across project teams, and independently. 
-Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship skills 
-Strong problem identification and problem solving skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 
-Experience working in the market research industry 
-Adobe Flex and Flex Builder experience a plus 
Absolute Requirements:

This person designs and reviews the architecture for strategic web-based software development projects in a complex environment. This Also responsible for leading and mentoring other developers, and coordinating activities with the development team. 

Responsibilities:

-Application of analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex design and delivery problems.
