Extensive work experience related to reference data, master data management, and data warehousing. Deep experience conducting business and system analysis; experience may include developing data dictionaries/business metadata. Experience supporting (or driving) QA activities (e.g. integration testing); past experience implementing automated data validation activities for post-production environments would be particularly helpful. Strong Project Management/Project Coordination skills with experience on large global or multi-divisional projects. Deep understanding of financial trading accounting and finance principles
Web Application Development Expertise Required:
· Experience developing enterprise web applications
· Solid understanding of object oriented programming
· Java Servlet, JSP, JavaScript, IIS Administration
Database Expertise Required:
· Solid relational database development and analysis skills.
· Modeling, Stored Procedures, etc. DB2 strongly preferred
· Experience with both logical and physical database design
· Physical design skills for large databases including partitioning and index structures
· Incorporate application design in solving performance issues
· Extensive background in database performance monitoring and tuning
· Experience with stored procedures and temporary tables
· Experience with technical support in a high availability environment
In addition:
· Solid skills in ETL (Informatica V8 preferred)
· Business Objects expertise. XI preferred.
· Solid Universe design skills
· Knowledge of Infoview/CMC functionality (Publications, Scheduling, Security)
