Sr. Business Analyst (Private Equity) or accounting base around 120k plus bonus
Position Description: New York City Sr. Business Analyst to work within the AI Reporting, Valuation and Planning team. Key Responsibilities: - Gather/Define the business requirements from clients - Write business process documents, system analysis documents, functional documents, technical documents, test cases and project plans - Responsible for interfacing with the development team in the explanation of requirements and will be expected to perform the QA role during the application testing - Interface with clients to define and track requirements - Provide production support to clients and track issues to resolution - Develop ad-hoc reports for clients to meet their tactical needs - Participating in application and database design - Draft report prototypes using tools such as Crystal Reports, MS Word or Excel for clients and development team - Handle SQL programming skills in building application functionality on occasion - Performing the QA role to test new application releases from development team - Participate in entire SDLC process - Channel business-critical issues to vendor’s support team for quick resolution - Participate and assist in data model design process - Maintain constant communication with other team members, technical manager and the team in Offshore |

daily interaction with the development teams, vendors, business
analysts, quality assurance, operations, etc.; Ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
