The Performance Management Analyst will report to the Manager, Service Issue Resolution & Quality (SIRQ). The Analyst will partner closely with the Service Escalation Group (SEG) management team to establish and monitor performance management criteria. Specifically, the Analyst will be responsible for development of detailed management reporting including, but not limited to, service issue response cycle times, internal & external service level agreements, settlement statistics and exception item management as well as the development of SEG performance management tools and associate performance scorecards that measure individual & departmental quality & timeliness of response. The Analyst will collaborate with the SIRQ manager, Director of Service Escalations, other Quality & Control Group senior management and their designates to create, produce and maintain various management reporting tools including, but not limited to, staffing reports, financial results, forecasts, budgets and tracking of special projects and management objectives. The Analyst will also ensure maintenance of current Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery plans and departmental Policies & Procedures and Roles & Responsibilities. The Analyst will update management reporting packages on a monthly basis, prepare monthly workbooks for senior management and provide reporting support for departmental and cross-organizational projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong analytical, statistical analysis, quality management, organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal skills and written/verbal communications skills. Proven ability to interface with all management levels, prioritize tasks and work effectively with competing priorities. Advanced proficiency with MS office applications especially Access, Excel and PowerPoint. Proven track record of success in continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to absorb and synthesize detailed information and to extract and present actionable information to executive decision makers. A strong background in management/financial reporting and documentation and/or experience in the development and deployment of performance management tools a plus. 4 year degree required, graduate degree/MBA preferred. Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Regulatory Remediation Manager will report to the Director of Internal Controls and will be responsible for helping to oversee the control environment by monitoring and tracking outstanding issues and helping to facilitate the review and closure of issues. Primary responsibilities include coordinating the firm's 3012/342 certification and reporting process, and working with senior managers throughout the firm, as well as coordinating with Compliance, Risk Management, Legal and the Internal Review Manager to provide assurance remediation plans have been implemented to resolve outstanding regulatory issues. In addition, this position will assist the Chief Administrative Officer in the management of the Risk Mitigation Board. This will include developing tracking and reporting methodologies to facilitate consolidated analysis and management of risk metrics, monitoring and review of Risk Mitigation MBOS, and the review of the activities of the various risk related committees. This position is also responsible for the administration and improvement of the Issues Tracking and New Rule Databases. The Regulatory Remediation Manager will also be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the overall committee structure for the firm.

REQUIREMENTS: Thorough understanding of brokerage industry including business unit functions and regulatory requirements. 10 years financial services experience required. Experience in Compliance, Audit or other risk related discipline is strongly preferred. Ability to collaborate with others, initiate action, adapt to change, make difficult decisions and accept challenging assignments. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including the ability to evaluate and solve problems from multiple perspectives. Knowledge of sophisticated and or complex products, processes or functions preferred. Advanced degree or certification (CPA, CIA, or CFA) preferred.
