CRM Solutions Architect Dallas, TX

Description:    This person will take the lead role as a CRM Solution Architect in creating, communicating, and improving the key CRM requirements, principles, and models that describe the client's future state and enable its CRM evolution and transformation. These include but are not limited to: 

This person will conduct CRM Platform Architecture, Migration, & Implementation Planning, which includes: Enterprise CRM architecture, CRM components and interoperability need to be taken into account when evaluating and transitioning to a new CRM solution. The objective of the CRM platform architecture workstream is to define the architecture, which includes analytics, application, integration and customer data components.

1. Provide best practices around CRM platform interoperability, tradeoffs, alternatives, and thought leadership regarding CRM system design, architecture, migration and platform CRM implementation planning, for all leading CRM applications. 

2. Anticipate, address and resolve CRM platform solution architecture, data, analytics and integration considerations and issues. 

3. Provide input and guidance to all team members across CRM platform workstreams. 

4. Educate and coach teams on Cloud, Agile methodology, and CRM 2.0 functionality to team members and Steering Team and the key implications/consideration related to the CRM Enterprise platform. 

5. Liaise with interaction center infrastructure, customer data and enterprise analytics counterparts to ensure enterprise CRM component interoperability and integration. 

6. Define application retirement approach, IT portfolio impact, and CRM platform implementation planning. 

Skills Required 

Hands-on experience with CRM technology and code, having performed code review, critical fixes, etc. This knowledge will be leveraged to perform CRM Strategy and Transformation engagements. Required Qualifications: 
•BS in Computer Science, Software engineering, MIS or Information Technology is preferable. 
•10-15 years’ experience, with at least 6-8 years architecture experience 
•2+ years in a Salesforce.com Technical Architecture role 
•8+ years project experience with packaged software or custom development implementations. 
•Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Siebel, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.), •Consistent track record, with high marks from both Prospects/Customers and Internal Team members 
•Salesforce.com, Microsoft or Pega certification preferred 
•Strong delivery skills in CRM 
•Experience with proposals and pre-sales support, in addition to hands-on architecture and development experience 
•Strong leadership skills 
•Excellent communication skills
