Qualifications
Degree or Masters Candidate in a computing related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of BI experience that include the design, deployment, and teaching of solutions.
Ability to work with internal customers including the ability to read and interpret what is needed and proactively identify potential issues and problems. Advise the internal customers on best practices and be able to suggest and deliver product enhancements.
Experienced in business management concepts and the key KPIs and analyses used.
Ability to understand business implications of decisions; Display orientation to profitability; Learn and Demonstrate knowledge of market and competition. Align work with strategic goals.
Able to gather and analyze information skillfully; Develop alternative solutions; Work well in group problem solving situations; Use reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
Experience with Microsoft Analysis Services, Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services
 
- demonstrated ability to resolve issues between changing versions of software support tools.
Proven competence in web-based architectures, software deployment and network protocols.
Experienced in the use of various software development tools such as database management, source
code control, bug tracking profiling and debugging tools.
Excellent oral and written communications skills. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings. Writes clearly and informatively; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information
 
Responsible for development, maintenance, integration, data governance and data reporting of systems and processes that are used to manage the business. Responsibilities include analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation and deployment of business intelligence solutions. This developer will work with internal customers, IT management, and senior developers to interpret requirements and develop and deploy BI solutions.

Able to resolve issues in existing programs.

This position is responsible to understand internal customer requirements and extend the details of the resulting design. Codes and tests the solution, and supports the deployment of the resulting application. Maintains existing applications, working with the Manager, senior developers and with internal customers to research issues and provide solutions.
