We are seeking highly CREATIVE and KNOWLEDGEABLE web designers to do semi-custom interactive (database NOT Flash) web design work physically in our offices in downtown Martinez, CA, USA. 

Must know Open Source CMS, etc including Bricolage, Bitweaver, Postgresql, as well as Flash. No proprietary software may be used. due to our customers, you must be a US Citizen!

Specific areas of technical expertise include windows and web user interface design and development, design and development of web applications for a high availability and performance, database design and development, service and business layer design and development, and multimedia capture development. Design and implement Service Oriented Architectures. 
Required skills include Microsoft .NET platform skills, ASP.NET, Object Oriented Design and Development, C#/C++/JAVA programming language expertise, SQL. 
Web design using HTML/DHTML/JavaScript, CSS 2.0 
Desirable skills include MS SQl 2005, and/or XML/SOAP/Web Services. 
Experience with software development tools like Visual Studio.NET environment, Microsoft FxCop, cunit, Install software, source code control software, bug tracking system are also desired.
