Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily workflow of the team to ensure all requests/job duties have been addressed and responded to in a timely manner, maintain control over the processes and provide guidance to branches and firms. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and deliver customer service via telephone, e-mail and other forms of written and verbal communication. Candidate will have proven ability to apply critical analysis and work in a fast paced team oriented environment with the ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines. Candidate will have strong PC skills including experience with MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and Access. Experience with BETA and/or other major securities processing system is preferred. Knowledge of brokerage industry is required. College degree is preferred. Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø The Consultant will be able to work on his own and team with the Project Manager to help drive product deployment to successful completion. The engagements typically consist of analysis, planning, implementing, training (knowledge transfer) and customer mentoring.
