Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily workflow of the team to ensure all requests/job duties have been addressed and responded to in a timely manner, maintain control over the processes and provide guidance to branches and firms. Candidate will have proven ability to apply critical analysis and work in a fast paced team oriented environment with the ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines. Candidate will have strong PC skills including experience with MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and Access. Experience with BETA and/or other major securities processing system is preferred. Knowledge of brokerage industry is required. College degree is preferred. Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
