Support of Corporate Lotus/Notes Domino server environment on R6 upgrading to R8 running Windows 2003 and migrating to AIX 
Support of MS Exchange and Domino environment running BinaryTree utility for coexistence of legacy mail 
Support of base product and related software running in domestic and global data centers and remote servers (190 servers) 
Support all product upgrades and patches to all servers 
Support the Corporate Email and application infrastructure including Internet mail 
Upgrading servers, software, and maintaining backup and recovery procedures 
Monitoring servers for hardware break-fix and coordinating problems with centralized help desk 
Optimizing server and application performance, capacity planning analysis on hardware and storage system 
Support day to day Incidents relating to messaging 
On Call availability 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to address major issues as necessary 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS DESIRED (MUST BE JOB RELATED): 
Three or more years experience supporting Notes/Domino Windows server environment 
Advanced troubleshooting skills on internal and external (Internet) email systems 
Advanced trouble shooting of Notes/Domino server environments 
Strong hardware configuration and troubleshooting skills including SAN storage 
Solid understanding and support of large DNS, WINS, and DHCP networks 
Knowledge of collaboration tools (instant messaging) preferred 
Notes/Domino certification preferable

The Business Intelligence Architect (BIA)/Senior Strategic Consultant is responsible for the development and delivery of strategic consulting services to support Institutional Intelligence solutions. Initially, the candidate who fills this role will serve as the Subject Matter Expert responsible for the innovation of Strategic Services in the Business Intelligence arena for our clients. Part of this services innovation will include the development and articulation of a common Business Intelligence services methodology and vision.

This position requires an individual who is able to fill two very different roles. The first is the role of an entrepreneur, capable of designing and growing new services and business opportunities that are aligned with the company’s direction and needs. The second, but equally important, role is as a leader within the industry.

Experience and demonstrated proficiency with the design and creation of complex reports for senior executives is essential, as is knowledge of current reporting tools (Cognos a plus), scorecarding methodologies, data warehousing and strategy.

The preferred candidate will have a strong background in institutional research and demonstrated leadership in the field of business intelligence, reporting, and business process analysis. The candidate should have a strategic understanding of academic policy and procedures, financial aid, budgeting, and possess a competitive drive to succeed. This position requires strong managerial experience, analytical and planning skills, an excellent written and presentation.

• Experience in professional consulting, business intelligence, reporting, metrics development, business process analysis, planning, and new services development
• Proven demonstration of an entrepreneurial mind-set

• Ability to create, and develop solutions that have the capability of transforming the way higher education conducts their business in regards to student recruitment and retention
• A minimum of five years of experience within the higher education sector
• Strong understanding of technologies including; enterprise wide systems, web technologies, content management, document management, identity and access management, data warehousing, reporting, dashboards, scorecards

Desired Skills/Knowledge/Experience
• Fluent in Spanish or French
• A minimum of five years of experience within the higher education sector
• An advanced degree in one of the following areas is preferred; enrollment management, planning, business strategy, management, higher education, organizational development, information technology, and / or communications

This senior level analyst position exists to provide business analysis,
user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation functions in support
of the Fixed Income and Structured Products division and the respective
Wholesale Operations supporting team(s). This includes, but is not
limited to, overseeing process reengineering, application analysis,
design and implementation. This position also exists to clearly and
creatively assess business unit requirements and successfully document
and communicate these needs to Senior level management and technology
partners.

REQUIREMENTS: 4 year degree in Business or computer related field. CPA
or MBA preferred. Minimum 5-7 years experience in banking and or
technical environment, with extended exposure to a trading environment
preferred. Experienced in leading teams preferred. Candidate should be
able to creatively and effectively partner with the Operations Senior
Leaders along with counterparts in other support divisions (Technology,
Finance, Credit, Risk, etc). Proven performer with ability to work
independently and in a team environment where members are from diverse
arenas. Must be organized, creative, analytical individual with an
ability to focus on the Big Picture while understanding and promoting
details. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to
diverse areas and levels both verbally and in written form. Must be able
to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and ensure projects are
completed on time, on budget and within scope. Prior experience with
Interest Rate or Structured Credit Products Middle Office a strong plus.

* Middle office experience
