REQUIREMENTS
•       Linux system administration (they use RedHat Enterprise Linux), implementation, monitoring, and recovery techniques for major Linux distributions and AIX.
•       Strong system programming and shell-scripting skills.
•       Understanding of database management concepts (Oracle.)
•       Experience with enterprise backup and recovery software (EMC Networker, Tivoli Storage Manager, or Veritas NetBackup).
•       Disaster Recovery planning and testing experience
•       Experience working with Storage Array Network (SAN) technology, particularly as such technologies relate to UNIX server storage presentation.
•       Experience installing, administering and maintaining web and application servers such as Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic and WebSphere.
•       Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical documentation.
 
Work Experience and/or Education
 
•       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or equivalent. Degree is not required with extensive experience.
•       Strong knowledge of Unix and Linux system internals, operating systems and security concepts with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
•       Large-scale server and data center experience (experience with businesses similar in size and scope to Dollar General, or larger).
•       Operating system administration training classes pertaining to a Unix and LINUX operating systems is a plus. Certifications are preferred.

• Possess a firm understanding of object-oriented analysis and design

Primary Skills:
Description:    Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of system recommendations to meet requirements. Assignments typically include problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems to meet business and user requirements.
 
Requirements: AP Center of Excellence lead for Procure-to-Pay (P2P). 3+ years experience in P2P processes is required, ideally with background in Indirect P2P. Project team &/or management experience (project planning, resource management, functional requirement development, testing, training, go-live support) is a strong plus. SAP user experience/knowledge is a plus. Perceptive Software solution knowledge/experience relevant to P2P (e.g., Intelligent Capture) is a plus.
 
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Prefer education in Finance, Accounting, IT or Computer Science.
 
Duties include but are not limited to:
Leading/managing multiple small to medium-size IT-focused projects in the P2P business space,
Translating stakeholder requirements into functional requirements for system solutions,
Working with cross-functional project teams to include P2P requirements in broader projects,
Managing activities of technical development resources,
Coordinating continuous improvement enhancement development & deployment,
Coordinating validation & business deployment of technical upgrades,
Ensuring quality results through testing management and audit compliance,
Troubleshooting & defect management when required
 
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) are required. Occasional travel may be necessary (2-4 weeks per year, possibly more for large projects. Some travel may be international).
