Description:    Experienced audit or risk management professional to join an audit team. Experience in auditing Consumer Lending businesses such as Credit Card, Education Finance, Indirect and Direct Auto Lending, and Personal Lending is desired. Responsible for supervising audit engagements and leading teams performing reviews of Consumer Lending originations, servicing, collections and/or relevant Risk Management activities. 

Responsibilities include the following: 
- Participate in integrated audits and supervise execution of the audit process in accordance with policy 
- Partner with audit team members performing risk assessment, identifying key risks, analyzing and documenting internal controls, developing effective test plans and determining final scope of engagements. Design and/or apply data analysis audit techniques. . 
- Train/mentor team members 
- Supervise projects that are generally moderate to large in size and complexity. 
- Available to travel up to 30% of the time. 

Basic Qualifications 
8+ years audit experience, and 2+ years management experience. 

Minimum Qualifications 
The ideal Audit Manager candidate will possess the following qualifications. 

- 8+ years of financial services experience with specific focus in audit, regulatory risk management, or related risk management functions 
- Demonstrated and applied knowledge of key processes, regulations, risks and controls within a Consumer Lending portfolio. 
- Strong organizational, project, and time management skills 
- Proven ability to deliver results through identifying problems, defining solutions, and implementing innovative processes and procedures 
- Skilled working in dynamic and demanding environments while responding appropriately to rapid change and imperfect information 
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
- Excellent reputation for partnering with stakeholders and achieving results across multi-functional teams. 
- Recognizes success is dependent upon continual development of team members. 

Preferred Skills 
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, or Accounting (MBA and/or CPA preferred) 
- Professional certification (CAMS, CPA, CFA, CISA, CIA, Series 7, etc.) preferred

Description:    I'm doing a search for a client in Nassau County on Long Island that is trying to hire an Oracle Techno-Functional professional for full time positions on Long Island. 

This is a summary of what they are looking for and what you will be doing: 

Will be responsible for actively supporting business users in Production and the technology group in Development and QA environments. 

Responsible for planning, leading and actively participate in design, configuration and testing of new system enhancements/changes in extending the existing capabilities to implemented Oracle and custom functionalities. This position requires strong technical and functional Oracle (name your release and product version) 11.5.x product knowledge/ experience as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. Oracle R12 minor version upgrade experience (i.e. 12.1.2 to 12.1.3) is a plus. 

Responsibilities: This role is responsible for supporting business users, identifying and documenting requirements and analyzing these requirements from a business perspective. Ability to analyze current and future operational/business requirements/scenarios and work with the end users to translate requirements into technical specifications. 

-This role will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical Oracle applications issues, recommending Best Practices, liaising with end user functional resources and Oracle ERP DBAs, as and when required 
-Should be independently able to write SQL queries in order to quickly trouble shoot some of the key production issues and month-end reconciliation. 

-This role also will be responsible in assisting end users in determining and resolving the day-to-day production system issues and errors. -Responsible for training employees and driving the operational implementation of solutions 

Requirements: 


-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related technical field 

-Minimum 3 years experience as a techno-functional resource. 
-Experience with Oracle EBS release R12 
-Strong knowledge in Financials module 

-Prior hands on experience with at least in 2 Full Cycle Implementation of Oracle EBS -Working knowledge of Oracle Tables and writing SQL queries.

- Order Management / Supply chain 
- Oracle Projects
