Description:    Lawson Procurement and Financial suite subject matter expert with experience in functional software training and training course development roles. 

Responsibilities include: provides process and systems analysis, and reporting support to 
Procurement and Finance departments. Proposes information management solutions, 
as well as system development a nd maintenance activities with existing Procurement and 
Accounting (Lawson GL/AC/AR/LM/AP/MA/PO/RQ/IC/RSS/MSCM/LBI) systems. 
Conducts studies pertaining to development of new information systems to meet current and projected departmental and organizational needs. 
Conducts educational programs to power users and end users of Lawson applications. 
Determines the training strategy and selects appropriate type of training and media to be used. 
Updates and modifies course content to reflect development and changes in the procedures or technology using desktop publishing programs, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Lawson Learning Accelerator Developer. 
LOCATION: MIDTOWN MANHATTAN - NEAR GRAND CENTRAL AND PENN STATION - 
PERM POSITION 
SALARY RANGE

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Analytical Techniques or Computer

Description:    The candidate for the Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS/Maestro) developer position will be responsible for developing TWS batch schedules/jobs and basic TWS administration as part of the Interface Team. The Interface Team is responsible for developing and maintaining interfaces between the bank's applications which are pivotal to operations in Europe and North America. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in TWS as well as experience in one of the following IBM application development technologies: Websphere Message Broker, WebSphere MQ/MQFTE and/or DataStage. 

The candidate should also have a very good understanding of Unix, Linux and Windows operating systems as well as Korn shell scripting. This candidate will work with various application team members and developers from other teams to perform their development work and they will be responsible for maintenance and support of the existing interface processes including investigation of issues and production support for bank's operation. The candidate will also be responsible for creating documentation for the processes that they develop as well as updating documentation for processes that they are changing and/or enhancing. This position will be a key member of the interface team. 

MUST have 5+ years experience with Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS, formerly known as Unison Maestro) 
5+ years experience working in UNIX (AIX) or Linux Operating systems 
5+ years of Unix Shell scripting preferable Korn shell 
Basic knowledge of Perl scripting 
Basic knowledge of Ant scripting 
Experience with business analysis and development toolsets, including the MS Office Suite, Visio, TOAD and PVCS code management. 
Experience in working with enterprise databases such as Oracle 9i/10G/11G. 
Experience in working in all phases of a full project life cycle, including low-level design. 

Computer skills are a must with the following software development tools: 
Application: Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS, formerly known as Maestro) 
Programming languages: Korn shell, Perl, Ant, SQL 
Programming tools: TOAD and PVCS code management 
Database: Oracle 9i/10G/11G 
Operating Systems: Unix (AIX), Linux, Windows 
MS Office Applications: Excel, Word, Visio 
Good communication (oral and written) skills are a must.

Description:    The Support Engineer is an integral part of the Support Organization. 
S/He is responsible for the deployment of current and future products at customer sites and he is also responsible for the on-site and remote support of issues raised by customers. A Tier 3 support Engineer is a results driven person capable of working independently and within a team to resolve time critical deployment and production issues. 

Qualifications: 
-Education: 4 year technical degree, Computer Science preferred 
-Relevant Experience: 5+ years 
-Highly Knowledgeable in TCP/IP networking preferably at an Expert level 
-Proficient in UNIX/Linux System Administration- MUST 
-Knowledgeable in customer support processes, tooling and troubleshooting.- MUST 
-Highly experienced in troubleshooting network issues using a Sniffer 
-Familiar with the common Internet protocols at the packet and flow analysis level, such as: HTTP, FTP, RTSP, SSH, PKI, RTSP. 
-Familiar in mobile network technologies including L3-7 switching and load balancing, redundancy (A/P, A/A) and high performance systems 
-Knowledge of common open source software. 
-Knowledge of application servers, Weblogic / JBoss - Advantage

-Knowledge of IBM blade center technology and F5 load balancers - Advantage
