Description:    Play a significant role in deepening and broadening relationships with existing Wealth Clients as well as bringing new client relationships into Wealth Management. Work alongside the Relationship Manager to assess clients and prospects via a process that determines the best action plan and priority for serving the clients /prospects needs based on their goals, objectives and current situation. 

Leverage all planning resources required to best serve a clients needs, including planning tools and regional based planning. Facilitates an introduction to the appropriate planner or planning resource and may continue to stay involved in the development and delivery of the plan when needed. Responsible for working with other planning team members to develop comprehensive client solutions with a special emphasis on the most complex and sophisticated planning situations. Adheres to all planning protocols and procedures. 
Responsible for identification and development of client cases generally ranging from $5-50MM+. Utilizes financial planners to support creation and delivery of client analyses and necessary research. May provide support as a subject-matter expert for a specific specialty or type of service. Works closely with internal product teams to understand the changes to financial services products. Acts as a financial planning generalist and product expert, when necessary. Monitor and track client revenues related to financial planning work to ensure sales opportunities are maximized. Spends majority of time working with teams to build out client relationships while relying on Financial Planners to produce any analysis. 

Reports to 1 or more Regional Directors, with dotted-line reporting to the Regional Director of Planning. Role may exist in the national Wealth Planning Center as such functions of the job will vary accordingly. 

Basic Qualifications 
7+ years financial planning experience. 

Minimum Qualifications 

Must have a proven track record of Wealth Planning strategy for HNW clients. 

Preferred Skills 
JD, CTFA or CFP Preferred.
