Strong interest in, and experience with, computer programming (ideally Java or C++)
Good oral and written communication skills.
1+ years of work experience in a quantitative or programming role

Candidate will be part of a small team of highly skilled individuals creating mathematical models of the markets and analyzing data. Work during our startup phase will be intensive; candidate should be willing to dedicate time as required (weekends possibly included) to complete the work on schedule.

The Oracle Logistics Systems Analyst is located in Rutherford, NJ.

Desired modules: purchasing, inventory, order management

Candidate must haves:
- Experience with SQL tools for queries (TOAD preferred)

- Candidates must have been through at least one full life cycle implementation in a systems analyst role
- Candidates must have experience creating and designing technical documents
- Candidates must know how to search a database
- Candidates also have to be functional and have experience suggesting customizations, understand the process flow of thinking.
- Candidate will work with end users and gather requirements.
- Candidates should have strong user interface experience both in gathering requirements and leading the project through.

Responsibilities:
· Works in conjunction with other team members under the supervision of Business Applications Manager
· Responsible for planning, implementation, and maintenance of the business processes
· Facilitates the translation of business requirements to system specifications and designs
· Knowing and applying business processes, data requirements, automated business solutions, integration issues, and reporting requirements for the company
· Assists in developing standards and criteria for successful implementation of new systems as well as the maintenance of existing systems
· Works with the business to implement automated processes adhering to established project plans and associated deadlines
· Assists in establishing standards for user and system documentation and complies with established standards
· Makes recommendations and assists with implementing ways to improve productivity and efficiency of applications
· Performs related duties as needed or assigned

Requirements :
· A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting applications software; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
o Experience with Oracle Logistics or CRM applications
o Must understand application and database development concepts
· Must work with a results orientation and a commitment to teamwork and customer service
· Must have some project leadership experience
· Must understand business systems analysis and business process analysis
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to communicate effectively and present a professional image

Readiness to travel cross the country (30%) and to Israel (additional 10%)
· Applications and Tools implementation MUST experience:
o ERP Systems (e.g.: Oracle Applications 11i Suite)
o Business Objects
o TOAD (Or any other SQL tool)
o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)

· Preferred Experience :

Project Manager/Litigation Support Specialist for E-Discovery Support Team. Previous experience in a legal and electronic discovery environment is preferred! Strong organizational skills, project management, attention to detail and technical aptitude are
key for this role.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Responsible for the planning and execution of auto-indexing and electronic data processing projects including data conversion, database creation and data deliveries and quality control.
• Communicate with clients to create the right workflow, understand client deadlines and allocated budget for each project.
• Provide clients, production team and sales team with daily project updates regarding the data inventory and processing status.
• Support Sales in product demonstrations, explanation of technical issues with clients.
• Responsible for converting data and creating load files for client specific software packages such as Opticon, IPRO, Summation and Ringtail, etc.
• Responsible for tracking all aspects of assigned projects and maintaining accurate data for billing purposes.
• Work directly with software development team in order to enhance our proprietary project management workflow system.
• Create project outline forms, user manuals and other documentation for proprietary project management workflow system.
• Train clients, staff and outside vendors on the use of proprietary production and review tools.
• Responsible for managing overseas support staff on large projects and the in-house processing of small unitization projects.
• Investigate and resolve project complaints as well as facilitate solutions.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of two years of professional Litigation Support, electronic discovery programming project management experience.
• 2-5 years legal records, e-discovery experience with strong legal database knowledge.
• Strong technical writing skills, client confidentiality, analyzing information, communicating processes, excellent follow-up skills,
