The Team Lead (TL) is directly responsible for successful delivery of Supply Chain Planning process transformation, change management & technology initiatives. The TL will have direct involvement in business case development & performance measurement. It is essential that the TL have a deep understanding of Industrial Supply Chain operations/business challenges & translate them into solutions. The TL provides hands-on technical leadership & direction to the team, as well as manages client relationships within context of individual role. Position requires 100% travel. Has in-depth knowledge) Establishing & managing development standards (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) Technical solution design & development (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) ands-on development, integration, & infrastructure experience (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) eadership of testing & technology deployment (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) Application deployment planning & execution (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge) Consulting & client management experience w/ Director level & above (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge)

Candidate Must Have :
* Minimum of 4 years of experience
* Minimum 2 years employment in a consulting firm with responsibilities for Supply Chain Management consulting
* Demonstrated project management/technology/process leadership experience in at least 1 full lifecycle, successful SAP APO implementations, involving Demand Planning (DP) & Supply Network Planning (SNP).

Global Integrate Supply Chain The Global Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization is a consolidation of Global Procurement, Integrated Supply Chain, Distribution and Manufacturing Operations. This organization has the responsibility to design and implement the most responsive and cost-effective supply chain in the industry to enable us to gain market share, grow revenue and profit, improve cash flow, and enhance customer satisfaction. The Global team works in a collaborative environment on a multitude of projects and assignments, ranging from procurement and supply chain management, to design and test, to technical support and product configuration, in support of the manufacturing and fulfillment of server equipment, storage systems, and personal and printing systems. Develop and manage sourcing strategies for manufacturing equipment. Experience working on capital planning process, leases of capital equipment and management of spare parts. Experience working with external clients and managing projects. Responsible for development of global, regional, and/or country sourcing category strategies to ensure individual BTO contract deliverables are met or exceeded. Some of the tasks include: - develop and manage individual or multiple category sourcing plans for specific BTO contracts; develop an extended matrix team (global) to support the requirements of the engagement(s); - interface with the client on the strategic sourcing objectives; - responsible for the execution of contract requirements; - active reporting to project and procurement leadership team on status, issues and corrective actions
