PAID RELOCATION
* Increase both business loan and deposit outstandings in an assigned territory and cross-sell products to existing business customers (both borrowers and non-borrowers) and prospects.
* Realize results through high volume telephone contact, some in person visits, networking with internal and external referral sources and being visible in the community.
* Generate additional leads from referral sources through attendance at staff meetings.
* Keep referral sources informed of progress on loan requests.
* Work with underwriters to supply sufficient information from the prospective borrower to allow for proper credit decisions.


Specific Goals
 10-12 face to face calls per week
 Source ten new customers to the Wholesale Banking Division ($100M revenue per year):
• Corporate Banking
• Treasury Management
• Investment Real Estate
 Source qualified referrals to the following lines of business:
• Institutional Asset Management
• Private Client Group (Wealth Management)
• Small Business Banking
• NatCity Investments
• Residential Real Estate
 Visit al branches quarterly (at a minimum).
 Attend civic/community functions.
 Other duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested

FUNCTIONAL TITLE: Senior Business Analyst
SALARY: $95K-120K
LOCATION: NYC

POSITION OVERVIEW/MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

The client is looking for a Business Analyst to work in the Private
Client Technology Group specifically focusing on the external web site
for the Private Client business. The candidate will be responsible for
analyzing and documenting business requirements related to enhanced
client reporting, marketing communication and related employee tools.
This will require hands-on analysis work, relationship building within
the business, identification of user advocates within each domain,
managing communications and training business users.

The position will liaise between the Private Client business units and
the development team. The responsibilities span the full cycle of
development - from detailed business analysis, written specifications
and user interface design - to the coordination of testing, training and
implementation. The candidate must have strong project management,
communications skills and related web site experience given the nature
of this role.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE

Required Education, Experience, Skills:
* Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years experience working with
business units to gather and define application requirements for new and
existing technology applications in the financial services industry
* Experience in developing formal documentation including
specifications
and training materials
* Strong project management experience
* Excellent business communication skills, including written,
verbal and
presentation skills
* Experience outlining and analyzing complex business requirements
* Experience in creating test plans and executing quality
assurance testing
* Successful record of managing technology projects within cost
and time
estimates
* Ability to build and manage relationships with business
management and
key stakeholders
* Experience with GUI design including skills in HTML, Photoshop
Desired Education, Experience, Skills:
* Background in strategy/management consulting, business process
re-engineering, general technology project management
* Preferred previous experience in working with web site project
management/development, preferably in the financial services industry

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree/Liberal Arts (Management/Finance/Marketing)
