Job Requirements:

BEA WebLogic Administrator for Fixed Income Trading Systems. The responsibilities include working directly with development and infrastructure teams on building, deploying, maintaining and supporting WL environments. This individual must have the ability to install, configure and administer Web logic. Prior development experience is a plus. This individual should have a sound foundation of web infrastructure and Internet technologies. In addition, strong experience with Java and J2EE components. This candidate should also have the ability to identify and reccommend performance tuning measures. This candidate will be responsible for adhering to the SDLC process for Web Logic related projects. Individual should have a strong knowledge of UNIX (various platforms), scripting (Perl, bsh, ksh, HTML, XML) and release management procedures.

The individual should possess knowledge of Stratus Continuum Systems and VOS Operating Systems. Responsibilities should include application, performance, problem diagnostics and resolution.

Job Duties:

To support Stratus OTC Production trading System Administration functions listed below:

• General VOS Platform administration

• Maintaining Security Controls and Lists

• Managing print setups

• Setting Backup scheduling / monitoring

• Overseeing Daily Operations

• Troubleshooting and Diagnosis of problems till resolution

• Systems Management and Procedures

• Statistical Performance Reporting and Analysis

• Submit and Execute system maintenance windows

• Troubleshooting / replacement failed hardware components

• Interact with Operations, User Group, Vendors and Programming staff to

accomplish the resolutions of problems and/or assigned projects.

• Write/Update command macros.
